دکتر افضلیان:
دانشگاه انتقال و توزیع جهانی، در سه روز پایانی اکتبر سال جاری، کارگاه آموزشی عملی خود را با برنامه ای فشرده و دوره های متنوع در دالاس تگزاس برگزار می کند. مطالب این کارگاه شغل - محور بوده و در واقع به حدود 50 هزار خواننده مجله Transmission & Distribution World اختصاص دارد. برای ارائه و آموزش مطالب، از متخصصان صنعت و اساتید دانشگاههای سراسر آمریکا استفاده می شود.
